Akanksha Malik

A seasoned professional with over 17 years of global corporate experience. Her extensive career encompasses managing complex and diverse projects, primarily in Recruitment and Learning Development. A key member of leadership teams across her corporate journey, she has made significant contributions to companies like Intel, GE Capital Services, iGate, Mastech, and Kelly Services (APAC).

Akanksha is known for her profound knowledge and hands-on experience in setting up and improving HRO processes, including RPO, for organizations. She has successfully handled large-scale recruitment processes and has been pivotal in creating diverse and flexible workforces with adaptable working arrangements. This includes tailored initiatives for physically challenged professionals and new mothers. Akanksha is also certified HPI Specialist and helps organizations improve human performance.

She started Growth360 basis her first hand experience with various recruitment/search firms in hiring talent or being headhunted herself during her corporate journey. She felt that most of these firms didn’t invest time with a candidate or company to really understand what would work both ways. This is the difference that Growth360 has tried to make.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Akanksha is passionate about the social impact sector, actively supporting various projects. She also shares her expertise through guest lectures on Global HR & L&D at some of the leading B Schools including MDI. She is a passionate traveler & an avid gardener in her free time.

Sudha Sastri

Coach-Mentor, Connector, Organization culture evangelist, Brand-builder

Sudha is a coach - mentor to a diverse set of people - CXOs, entrepreneurs, sportspersons, and students. Being a peoples' person, Sudha opted for an HR specialization at IIM Calcutta. She spent several years in the corporate world gaining solid HR ground and then started a full-service HR consulting firm-dedicated to helping clients hire, retain and nurture the best talent in the country.

Today, Sudha is using the learning of the last 30+ years to help organizations to help women realize their true potential while simultaneously helping organizations create a culture to enable this. She is also a mentor to women entrepreneurs and women in sports.

Sudha sits on the Statutory/Advisory Board of several organizations including Chintan, SOS Villages, Gagan Narang Sports Foundation, Abhinav Bindra Foundation and Growth for All. In addition, she is on the advisory board of several startups. Sudha advises Growth360 on how organizations can create an equiverse by focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Nitin Chawla

Principal at ZS

Nitin brings strong expertise in driving innovation in field design and effectiveness across multiple countries and industries. An M.B.A. from Stern School of Business, New York University, Nitin brings 20 years of extensive international experience and his engagements have spanned across US, South Asia and ASEAN regions. Nitin currently leads ZS's Business Excellence Group and is a key member of the Executive Advisory team. He has collaborated with pharmaceutical, medical technology and biotech companies across multiple commercial effectiveness solutions.

Nitin specializes in commercial organizational design, competency management, field force effectiveness, change management, and customer insights. Nitin has published thought leadership on commercial effectiveness in data challenged environments, GTM based on network acceleration, RWD implications on field, B2E enablement etc. Nitin supports Growth360 on GTM strategy and sales and marketing strategies.

Navyug Mohnot serves as the CEO of QAl, a global leader in process improvement consulting. He is also the founder and CEO of QGLUE, through which he empowers enterprises and individuals to embrace the “design-led way' for innovation and success. He is a passionate advocate for design-led transformation and personal growth, holds certifications as a Harvard Leadership Coach, and is a Stanford-trained "Designing Your Life" coach. Navyug has shared his expertise at global conferences, including a TEDx talk on "Manifesting Desires and Embracing Contradictions."

Navyug is an IITian and is actively involved in TiE and NASSCOM, Navyug also co-chaired TiECon 2015. With over 35 years of coaching experience, he has served on company boards, supported startups as an angel investor, and mentored individuals for success. Navyug has been advising Growth360 from its early years on how to innovate and strategically grow and transform the company.
